Natalie King serves as EVP of People & Culture and Chief of Staff at the American Forest Foundation. In this capacity, she oversees the organization's human capital strategy, and partners closely with the CEO, Board of Trustees, and the executive leadership team to advance strategic priorities, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and cultivate an inclusive and high-performing culture. Her work encompasses governance, executive alignment, internal communications, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
Natalie joined AFF in 2021, bringing her expertise in people management and operations to support the organization's operational strategy. Her diverse background spans industries such as private banking, supply chain systems and contact centers.
Natalie holds a BA in political science from Amherst College and an MA in corporate and nonprofit communication from Johns Hopkins University. In her free time, she loves to read, hike, paint and travel with her husband Ben.
